1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all United Kingdom regions: England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
2. I am not in the UK, can I order anyway?
Yes, you can. If you are located in Europe, we can ship to you. For shipments within the EU, to Norway or Monaco please visit www.jadeyoga.eu.
For shipments to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, please visit www.jadeyoga.ch.
3. Which shipping services do you use?
For UK orders we deliver with DHL. Please provide us with a shipping address where someone can receive your package personally. We also always need your phone number to be able to contact you for shipping inquiries.
4. Can I have my package shipped to a Pack Station?
Yes, our courier services can usually deliver to Pack Stations that are attended with people. Deliveries to automated Pack Stations are not possible.
5. What are the shipping costs?
We deliver free of charge to England and Wales. Some shipping charges apply for orders to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Please refer to the shipping costs per region under point 7.
6. How long does it take until I receive my package?
After the payment is verified, products in stock will be sent on the same day on workdays if we receive it before 11.00 AM (CET). Delivery is within 1-3 workdays.

8. How can I check where my order is?
After we have sent your package out of our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link(s) so you can always check where your package is.
9. I want to return my order, how does it work?
Please check out our Return Policy. But please do not order the whole collection just to choose the color or style you like. We believe in sustainable business and do not want to generate any more shippings by truck than necessary!
