Right to cancel

Consumers are granted a right to cancel as described hereafter.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last product in your order.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (YOYOGA AG, Holbrigstrasse 8a, CH-8049 Zurich, Switzerland, namaste(at) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation notice before the 14 day cancellation period expires, even if we receive it after that period expires.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).


Defective goods

From the date you receive purchased goods from us, you are entitled to the following:

Up to 30 days: if the goods are faulty, you can get a refund. 
Up to six months: If goods cannot be replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund in most cases. 
Up to two years: If the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.


Refunds and returns

Any refund due to you will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after: 

  • the day on which we receive the goods back from you; or
    the day on which you supply evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. 

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods to YO|YOGA AG, c/o Cargocare Logistics Ltd., Sprint Logistics Ltd., Unit 1, Morley Court, Morley Way, Peterborough PE2 7BW, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired, even if we receive them after that period expires. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, or you are ending the contract because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong. You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods, except where it results from handling them as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
